# Privacy Policy

> Privacy Policy for Lottie Libre.

**Last updated:** 14 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how **Velrabe Studio, Inc.** (“Velrabe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use **Lottie Libre** (the “Service”).

## 1. Who we are

Controller / operator: Velrabe Studio, Inc.\
Contact: **[hello@velrabe.space](mailto:hello@velrabe.space)**

## 2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

### Account and authentication data

Email address, display name or profile details you provide, authentication identifiers, and session or login metadata (including when you sign in with a third-party identity provider such as Google).

### Project and content data

Animations, projects, folders, shares, and related metadata you create, import, or store in the Service (including guest drafts stored in your browser, not in a cloud guest account).

### Technical and usage data

IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, pages or views in the product, performance and error logs, and similar diagnostics. Our analytics and infrastructure providers may derive approximate location from IP addresses.

### Cookies and local storage

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control some of these through your browser settings; disabling them may break signed-in features.

On production pages, **Yandex Metrica loads only after you choose Allow** in the optional analytics control. It may set cookies or similar identifiers and record page visits and interactions. Webvisor/session replay and click maps are enabled only on the marketing landing and Commons pages. Private document URLs, share tokens and authentication fragments are not sent. Metrica is excluded from the admin host, authentication routes and dashboard. Choose No thanks to decline, or change your choice through Analytics settings on the [Privacy page](https://libre.velrabe.space/privacy) or in Quick Help. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script; cookies already set can be removed through browser settings.

First-party product events stored in Supabase are separate from this optional third-party analytics choice. These events use random browser identifiers and, after sign-in, account identifiers to measure creation, import, export and cloud activity. They do not include document contents.

### Support and payments

If you contact us or use voluntary “Support Libre” / tip payments, we receive the information you submit and payment-related metadata from the payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

We do not require you to provide more personal data than needed to operate the Service you choose to use.

## 3. How we use information

We use information to:

* Provide, host, sync, and display the Service and Your Content
* Authenticate users and protect accounts
* Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot
* Understand aggregate usage and improve reliability and features
* Create and publish aggregated or de-identified statistics about Service usage and infrastructure
* Process voluntary support payments
* Communicate about the Service (for example security or account notices)
* Comply with law and enforce our Terms

## 4. Service providers

We use trusted processors who process data on our instructions, including:

* **Supabase** — authentication, database, and related backend services
* **Resend** — delivery of account verification, password recovery, and other transactional emails
* **Vercel** — hosting, edge delivery, and deployment infrastructure
* **Yandex Metrica** — analytics and product usage measurement, including page visits, interactions, device/browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP where available
* **Stripe** — payment processing for voluntary support / tips (when enabled)

These providers process information on our behalf to provide their respective services and may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. For voluntary support payments, Stripe’s own privacy policy may also apply to Checkout.

## 5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

* With service providers as needed to operate the Service
* When you choose to share a project or link with others
* If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security
* In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required)

## 6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service and satisfying legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. Guest drafts live in your browser and may become inaccessible if you clear site data or use another device.

You may request deletion of your account or stored projects by contacting us. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

## 7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email **[hello@velrabe.space](mailto:hello@velrabe.space)**. We may need to verify your request.

If you use a third-party login (for example Google), you can also manage some data through that provider.

## 8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

## 9. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our providers process data, your information may be transferred across borders. We use providers and contractual measures appropriate for such transfers where required.

## 10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email when appropriate.
